1. Delivery Methods: Physical vs. Digital Goods

1.1 Digital Character Sponsorships (€0.00 Shipping)

Character Sponsorship tiers (€99 to €1,499) are 100% digital goods and custom services. No physical shipping is required. Immediately following checkout, you receive an automated confirmation and can submit your character specifications through our online intake form. Digital artwork proofs are delivered directly to your email within 3–7 business days.

1.2 Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Merch)

Physical merchandise from The Venture Mall is printed on-demand by our European partner, Spreadconnect, and shipped via tracked carriers (DHL, Deutsche Post, local postal authorities).

• Production Time: 2–5 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Finland & Scandinavia: 4–8 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • International / Rest of World: 8–16 business days
• Tracking: An automated tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package is dispatched.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Physical Goods (Defects & Misprints)

Because items are printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or accidental sizing errors. However, if your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we provide a free replacement or full refund.

To request a replacement, email millenniumfalck@millenniumfalck.com within 14 days of package receipt with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or misprint
• Photo of the packaging slip

2.2 Digital Sponsorship Services (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke customized goods or services where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. Once pixel-art production commences, sponsorship purchases are non-refundable unless the submitted concept fails content compliance guidelines and cannot be resolved.
