TL;DR: We sell physical merchandise (print-on-demand with free replacement for defects) and digital character sponsorships (€99 to €1,499). Because character sponsorships involve immediate custom pixel-art and bespoke coding, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once artwork production begins. Finnish law applies. 1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sillyconvalleygame.com (the “Website”), the Silly Con Valley mobile game, and any purchases made through The Venture Mall or the Character Sponsorship Program, operated by Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, Helsinki, Finland).

By browsing this Website or purchasing goods/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make purchases.

2. Store Purchases & Pricing

2.1 Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€ EUR).
  • For consumers in the European Union, prices are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / arvonlisävero ALV), calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax in accordance with Finnish and EU destination VAT rules.
  • For registered EU businesses purchasing digital services (e.g. Corporate Sponsorship), entering a valid EU VAT number at checkout triggers the 0% Reverse Charge mechanism (käännetty verovelvollisuus).
  • Orders shipped or delivered outside the EU are treated as zero-rated exports for VAT purposes.

2.2 Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (supporting Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) and PayPal. All transmissions are encrypted under SSL/TLS. We do not store payment card credentials on our servers.

3. Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

3.1 Production & Fulfillment

All apparel and physical goods sold in The Venture Mall are custom printed on-demand specifically for your order through our production partner, Spreadconnect (SPOD, based in the EU). Production typically takes 2–5 business days prior to dispatch.

3.2 Defects & Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please notify us at millenniumfalck@millenniumfalck.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packing slip.

4. Digital Character Sponsorship Program

We offer community sponsorship tiers (€99 Garage Hire, €349 Co-Working Spec, €799 Playable CEO, €1,499 Corporate Partner) allowing supporters and brands to fund bespoke in-game character creation.

4.1 Scope of Deliverables

  • Bespoke 16-Bit Pixel-Art Portrait: Handcrafted avatar based on sponsor’s reference photos or persona.
  • In-Game Integration: Deployment of character persona, custom traits/perks, signature pitch cards, or corporate sectors into the live simulation codebase.
  • Website Wall of Fame: Permanent sponsor attribution on sillyconvalleygame.com.
  • Artwork Proofs: Digital preview proofs sent via email within 3–7 business days of spec submission.

4.2 Right of Withdrawal Waiver (Bespoke Digital Services)

⚠️ Consumer Notice under EU Directive 2011/83/EU & Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 6 luku 16 §):

Character Sponsorship tiers consist of customized bespoke digital artwork and immediate digital service provisioning. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once custom artwork and coding work has commenced.

4.3 Content Safety & Creative Approval

  • Submissions must not contain hate speech, defamatory language, obscenity, or third-party trademark infringements.
  • All submissions must comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
  • Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy reserves creative control to adapt character flavor text to the game’s satirical 80s California aesthetic.
  • If a submitted concept cannot pass compliance review, the sponsor will be given opportunity to revise the concept. If no agreement can be reached, a 100% full refund will be issued.

4.4 In-Game Balance & Evolution

Silly Con Valley is an actively maintained mobile game. While the sponsor’s character portrait, name, and lore remain permanently in the game history, we reserve the right to fine-tune numeric multipliers, card balance, or synergy effects in future balance patches to preserve gameplay integrity.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual art assets, game mechanics, sound recordings, and the Silicon Dreams Design System are the exclusive intellectual property of Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy. © 2025–2026. All rights reserved.

By submitting character names, backstories, and portrait concepts, the sponsor grants Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the character within Silly Con Valley and its promotional media.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Finnish law, Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a store transaction is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or sponsorship tier in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).

EU consumers may also submit dispute complaints through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
