1. The AI Wrapper Grifter (CEO Archetype)

- Perk (+40% Launch Velocity): Ships MVPs in record time by slapping a neon CSS wrapper around third-party models.
- Flaw (Upstream API Outage): 15% chance per week that your provider changes terms, causing an instant 40% quality crash.
- Signature Card: Prompt Engineering Wizardry โ Halves remaining build time, but doubles cloud server upkeep.
2. The Digital Nomad Guru (CEO Archetype)
“My office is a hammock in Bali. My WiFi is powered by pure optimism.”
- Perk (-50% Office Upkeep): Zero rent, zero overhead. You operate entirely out of beach cafes.
- Flaw (Timezone Mayhem): Team meetings suffer a -25% communication penalty because you’re 13 hours ahead of your developers.

3. The Ex-Big-Tech Boomer (CTO Hire)
A veteran architect who spent 18 years at Macrohard and refuses to use anything newer than Java 8. Adds massive system stability and eliminates database crashes, but refuses to approve any pull request under 4,000 lines.
